First!

I've always thought it would be a good idea to start up one of these, at the very least as a creative outlet or single, collective location for all my travels on the internets.  Maybe it'll be more someday, eh?  Hopefully it'll be a bit more productive and concrete than my introspective musings on Xanga years ago.

So, for this first one, I want to explain the title, which I put a bit of effort into (like most of my personal projects).  It's one of those fancy acronym contraptions describing different facets of my life.  Hmm... I guess that means I should put it in all caps, too.  Anyway, this is what it means:

• M  - Music, both my love for many genres and artists and my interest in playing trombone
• A  - Atheist, and a very enthusiastic one
• G  - Gamer, in several forms: video games and card games especially (like Magic: The Gathering), but also mind games, board games
• I  - Intellectual (not in an arrogant way, but in that I enjoy learning), and also information
• C  - Computers, which I spend most of my time on, and computer engineering, which is my major

So you can bet that these will be the topics of interest if blogging becomes a routine habit for me!  Maybe it's not the most interesting title, but perhaps it'll grow on me.
